EMC emerged from Emilie Meinadier's experience at Hearst Magazines Paris (1997-2006), where she developed a deep understanding of the needs and demands of US press, and gained one core belief: networks of influence are the essential ingredient for the creative voices that shape fashion and culture to emerge.

Founded in 2007 as a fashion consultancy headquartered in Paris, Emilie Meinadier Consulting quickly established itself as a trusted partner for America’s top titles and media outlets, providing insider knowledge and insight into luxury fashion houses’ philosophies and style ethos. As the luxury landscape evolved, so did EMC. Sensing the change of paradigm  that was shaping the luxury fashion world, EMC partnered with Instagram in 2016 as a first foray into the digital realm and has since grown the business to be a global leader in Influence.
